EDI Claims – InforMed, DocFirst/InforMed and PrimarySelect/Informed is now on ENVOY (now known as WebMD Transactions) and "Medic/ Misys/ FastClaim" payer connectivity list.

If you are currently submitting professional claims to ENVOY or "Medic/ Misys/ FastClaim" , use InforMed’s, DocFirst/InforMed’s and PrimarySelect/Informed’s Payer ID 52196 on your system in the same manner you use for establishing and using any other commercial carrier’s unique Payer ID. Please contact your software vendor if you need assistance with this. The billing provider number is the federal tax ID number of the provider. Prepare remaining portions of your InforMed claims in the same manner you use for any other commercial carrier.

PLEASE NOTE: All claims must have a Group number. The Group number is on the ID Card. Delay of payment will occur if this information is not included.
